As Condition Monitoring manager, my job is to
Tools, Training, Time
Give them Tools, Time & Training. If you don't have all of these your guys (and gals) probably won't be as successful as you need to be in todays environment. Tools-the right equipment and support organization, time-to do their job and learn, training-the only way to build a foundation and keep current. Oh yeah protect them from the bean counters and beaurocrats....
